Each company has a separate workspace. A role title alone does not grant unrestricted access. Support follows a separate company-approved process.

Access follows responsibility

Workspace data is separated by company. Owners control workspace access; administrators and managers operate within granted permissions, including department scope. Employees access the functions permitted for their account. Platform operators do not automatically receive access to private employee records; technical support uses a separate company-approved process.

Hosting and recovery

The operator reports Azure application/database hosting in Sweden Central, Azure email in Germany and Zoho email in the EU. Azure database backups currently have a seven-day retention period. A backup retention setting alone does not demonstrate a successful restore or guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Account protection and accountability

Account verification and password recovery use temporary links. Important administrative changes use audit records and approval workflows. MFA is not currently enabled. Customers remain responsible for assigning appropriate access and reviewing their own records.

Retention and privacy enquiries
